I use Adobe Lightroom 4 and Adobe Elements 9 (for anything I can't do in Lightroom). I also use the Topaz Labs plug-in bundle for Lightroom and Elements. For my aviation photos, after editing in Lightroom, I then use Topaz DeNoise (if needed) and Topaz InFocus (for output sharpening).
