Intro
I originally wanted to go on the final 767 service to Adelaide but Dad said we'd go to the Avalon Airshow instead. During the summer holidays, Dad booked me to fly alone to Melbourne. Part One will explain my flight.

Dad left the day before my flight to Torquay.

As we turned onto the runway 16 approach, we flew over a fog cloud, and our shadow was surrounded by a rainbow.

After two hours spotting, Dad picked me up, and we went to our accommodation, in Torquay. Part Two will include the airshow for the day.

We walked over to the Flyers Market which was a huge expo tent and I got a Gemini Jets 1:400 scale model of Retro Roo. We went back to where we were staying, Torquay, and we went to sleep eagerly awaiting a second trip to the airshow the next day :mrgreen: .
