No worries, Im married and used to being ignored

Thanks to Kyle for the info, also a Lear45 was flying around down here today Im guessing it was VH-CMS, any ideas?

And VH-VLJ Lear35 I guess is still there, must be cheaper to park at OOL than BNK, it often comes thru drops off pax and heads your way and does the same in reverse.

jQ 964 to Cairns just taxied down the runway instead of the parallel Taxiway, turned at the end of RW and departed RW14. Tiger just departed rw14 and came out on the parallel taxiway within a few minutes of JQ964 to Cairns so parallel taxiway in working order. Another RPT JQ jet between the Cairns JQ and the Tiger.

Edit: till the parallel taxiway was built about 30 years ago everything departing south came out along the RW and turned at the end of RW. Similar for departures on rw32 before the runway was extended over the road tunnel in the 1990s.

This URL provides a link to the Cooly December 1980 chart as I described above from when taxiway Charlie did not extend the full length north to the start of RW14 so jets departing south off rw14 had to backtrack along the rw to the turning node at the Betty Diamond sports field end. Also this 1980 chart predates taxiway Delta from the main terminal and jets for RW32 came out taxiway Alpha and backtracked down the runway to the turning node at the southern end. After Taxiway Delta was built jets still were required to enter rw and backtrack to the turning node if take off was from RW32. Taxiway Charlie is now extended south of the main terminal past taxiway delta down to taxiway Kilo and the extension to the full length of RW32 so in theory no jet today needs to backtrack down the rw either end. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0ByB-ppG ... h4MW8/edit

This explains why I posted about a present day jet backtracking down the rw for RW14 same as they did all those years ago. As I am not always at the airport this present day rw backtracking by jets might still be an occasional event in 2014?
