Thanks to Stefan for the heads up.

9M-XXB which has been repainted into the new XAX livery is due into OOL this morning at 0737 and is due out at 0850 but since it is late it will most likely be later. http://flightaware.com/live/flight/9MXXB

I thought it looked a little different from the tiny bit I saw this morning.

Do any of you frequently spot from the eastern fenceline and drive a white commodore sedan?

I waved to you this morning!

I think you will find the guy with the Commodore is a pretty solid guy called Matt Allen. He uses a ladder but now keeps it more than 3m from the fence. He's pretty new to airport photography but is a freelance photographer.

Thanks for the heads up Terry, I'll stop and say G'day next time I see him out there.

He's the friendliest and happiest to wave spotter I've come across along the Fence at OOL!

Friday arvo after 5pm there were two grey choppers with military type rego and roundel in the usual very hard to read style. They were not Tigers. Also a large whitish chopper with a large red diagonal stripe.

Anyone know which airports the Tigers visited on their journey back from Puckapunyal this year?

Those grey birdies should be 2 Navy Seahawks from: http://www.mygc.com.au/news/air-force-r ... coast-600/
in addition to The Roulettes, the Royal Australian Navy will have two of their Seahawk helicopters on display at the Castrol EDGE Gold Coast 600.

Those grey birdies most likely the 723 sqn squirrel.

3 aircraft in attendance at Coolangatta airport for dancing squirrel performances.

Cheers
