A nice visitor to Townsville this afternoon. Skywest VH-FNA which operated PER-ASP-TSV.

Believe it is to be painted into Virgin Australia colours.

A very big thanks to Damian F for the heads up. Appreciate it mate.

Saw it north of the main apron on Tuesday. By Wednesday it was in the flying colours hangar being taped up for painting.

From the Qantas Source.com.

9th March 2013 - VH-OGT Positioning Flight.
Boeing 767-338ER VH-OGT positioned Brisbane - Townsville early this morning as QF6160.

Not often you get a Qantas 767 in Townsville. I wonder what it's doing there? Possibly a military charter?

Looks to be flying BNE-TSV-BWN-BNE. Wonder why Qantas are operating a charter to Brunei. QF6030 TSV-BWN.

Apparently FNA departed in a "virgin" white scheme and when every thing has been approved it will attain titles.

Hi all,
The US Navy has been in Townsville on exercises with their FA18 Hornets during the month of March. Just thought I would share some of the recent military activities with you.
Dave.
