Jetspotter FSX repainters notice!

Postby Evan Yananyi » Sun Oct 13, 2013 11:57 am

Hi,

For you jetspotters that have FSX and paint planes, this is a form where we can ask plane requests. Posters be specific, like my request is:

Excellent: Skyspirit Boeing 767-300 Qantas "Planes" livery registered VH-OGG
50% good: Skyspirit Qantas "Planes"
Bad: Qantas "Planes" livery

The "bad" example is for if your looking for a freeware repaint, you could end up with a payware one.

Hi Evan,

I'm relatively new to FSX repainting, however I have made a few that look quite good including a ZK-OKQ themed 747. VH-OGG will be pretty difficult to do. I'm currently having issues with my PC used for FSX and I'm going away for 5 days soon. If you want to throw out any ideas (maybe a little less complex at first) that would be good, as I'm going to be repainting anyway and if others can use my paints that's good :)

Michael,

I'd be happy to do that for you. The PC should be fixed up when I return in 5 days and I can start the repaint for you. It should be done by Sunday. If I make the textures can you put them into FAIB? I don't use that program. Also can you please send me a reminder PM on Friday or Saturday that would be good.

Do you have an account on www.flightsim.com? That's where I get my planes.

Probably VH-VFO. If you are up for a challenge, try VH-VFN.

VFO it is. If I send you a file named FAIB_A320_IAE_T as well as light maps, can you work with that? Or do you need the .cfg edits etc.?

Do you need the AI flight plans? I can't do that. Anyway, I will download another FAIB plane and see how to pack it.
